INSPIRATIONAL TALKS FOR 11-18 YR OLDS

SHARING WORTH, POTENTIAL & THE BASIS OF EMOTIONAL & MENTAL CONTROL FOR AN INSPIRED & HAPPY FUTURE.

Whether or not we choose to admit it, our futures are now enormously dominated by the power of ideas questions and adaptation. Processes are largely covered in the work place. It is now one’s ability to ‘think beyond the peripherals of the box’, one’s choice as to how we perceive the world, one’s ability to adapt & change to make the best of what this world has to offer. To be aware and in control of ones emotions and reactions. All this will be what gives you that edge, what will determine your continued success in the future. Success in work, in relationships and in finding happiness.

What if straight from school instead of having a careers advisor offer us a rather mundane choice of workplace options we had begun to think bigger, smarter and braver whilst still sat at our desks? What if as well as taking school into account we had realised how much we could learn ourselves about any subject under the sun if had wanted to. What if we had also spent some time understanding emotional intelligence and good mental health practice as well?

Where might you be now?

What if as well as learning geography, science and maths at school we also learnt about motivation, work ethic, self worth, confidence, relationships, potential and mental health…

Can you imagine what the next generation could achieve?

PROJECT MATTER brings inspirational and educational talks to London state schools with the aim of lifting the lid on all of the above for 11-18 year olds. Talks focus on 4 key themes to help offer ideas and inspiration to help young adults reach their full potential:

  • Being in charge of ones own choices/life
  • Knowledge is power/never stop learning and being passionate
  • Happiness/Peace/Gratitude is key
  • Health & self respect across body & mind

Talks are educational at the core but are delivered in an inspiring package hoping to leave listeners eager to get on with their life and achieve something big.

In 2017 there will be supporting online literature, workshops and more for schools to download as well as a forum and free counselling sessions for those who need them.

Many of us, I am sure are thankful of lessons learnt through family, friends, work colleagues and life that have brought us to where we are and the person we are today.

Sitting in class rooms now are the people who are likely to cure cancer, create a governmental party that people actually like, provide answers to famine, disease, war and pollution, break world records, create art to make grown men cry and no doubt bring to the table vital things we don’t even know we need right now.

PROJECT MATTER WILL INSPIRE, IMPART KNOWLEDGE AND LIFE CONTROL TO YOUNG PEOPLE THAT FIND THIS SORT OF INSPIRATION AND SUPPORT LACKING IN OTHER AREAS OF THEIR LIVES.

Some young people today don’t have the starter blocks needed to create the mindset that will help them in the future. They don’t have the luxury of a calm environment as well as time on their hands to ponder their feelings and thoughts leading to self  improvement and development as some may have.

They don’t necessarily have the support network and knowledge from home to build their confidence and teach them simple yet integral life lessons.

PROJECT MATTER will help to inspire and motivate the next generation to be ready to do exactly what they want with drive, passion and confidence after school. Not to mention have the strategies and creative thinking ability to cope with setbacks and obstacles along the way to really reach their full potential. Some of us are only just finding these things now – image what could be collectively achieved if we could have started sooner?

We start with inspirational talks and we have so much more to come.

20% of profits from all courses sold on the Happy Matters site goes to PROJECT MATTER. Therefore by putting time into improving yourself you are also helping others.

I am currently looking for ambassadors to spread the word so if this project resonates with you please do get in touch.

Similarly if you are a speaker, school or youth hub that is interested in working together drop me an email – I would love to chat.
